ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE

Galibier’s executive director has sole responsibility for the implementation of our strategy. The director, or those to whom he delegates, acts as Galibier’s legal representative in dealings with third parties. Investment departments are responsible for building and managing portfolios within the parameters set for them through the allocation process. These departments, which take care of several classes and geographies, have discretion over the origination and recommendation of proposals. Galibier’s ability to fulfill its mission and deliver sustainable long-term returns is further underpinned by a network of investment support teams within the organization.

These teams, which have been developed over many years to support Galibier’s specific needs, ensure that the business continues to operate efficiently and effectively at all levels to support Galibier’s goals.
